Language training in English and Russian
In the framework of the project an specialized language training is held, with special emphasis on police vocabulary and vocabulary related to crime and justice. The training includes 240 hours. It involves 516 employees of the regional Police Headquarters partners of the project and the Prevention and Road Traffic Bureau of the General Police Headquarters. It is carried out in groups of twelve.
Participation in the language training will help to improve the language skills of employees of the Police, who have contacts with foreign partners in their daily service, which in turn will improve the effectiveness of co-operation between police in the Schengen area. All participants will have the opportunity to take the certification exam. The language proficiency certificate issued by Accredited Examination Centre will improve the level of professional development of the project participants by setting new standards for assessment of linguistic competences in the workplace. Certification is not only proof that an employee speaks at a particular level, but he is also ambitious, tenacious and effective. It is also the crowning achievement of an objective and prestigious acquired language skills.
